Juan Perez is a CIO Advisor at Salesforce, where they partner with executive teams to navigate complex challenges and modernize infrastructure. Before retiring from Salesforce, Juan served as the Chief Information Officer, leading the global IT organization and driving the company’s internal digital transformation. Prior to Salesforce, they were the Chief Information and Engineering Officer at UPS, responsible for advanced analytics adoption and technology systems management. Juan also serves on the boards of directors for The Hershey Company, AIG, and Wabtec Corporation. They earned a Master’s degree in Computer and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Southern California.
