Jocelyn DeMaio is the Head of End User Services at The Hartford, where they lead a team dedicated to equipping the workforce with essential technology and innovative solutions. Previously, Jocelyn held several managerial and director roles within the company, including Director of Account Management for the Chief Technology Office and Manager of IT Service Desk, and successfully managed major initiatives including a company-wide migration to Microsoft 365. As the owner of a fitness studio, they combine their passion for fitness with technology. Jocelyn is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Management at Eastern Connecticut State University.
