Kwanda Mkalipi is an accomplished professional with a strong background in business administration and financial technology. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Eskom Pension and Provident Fund since December 2019, Kwanda has also held the title of co-chairman and strategic director at the Chamber of Legal Students. In addition to these roles, Kwanda was a resident start-up at The Launchlab from 2016 to 2017, where efforts focused on developing a financial technology product. Notably, Kwanda gained recognition as the winner of the 2016 Fintech Innovation Challenge while at Nedbank, where involvement has continued from 2016 to the present. Kwanda obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of the Western Cape between 2014 and 2018.
