Patrick Rivard, MBA, CHRP, has extensive experience in finance and consulting, currently serving as Directeur financier at L'effet A since October 2021 and as Associé principal at Bourgault, Rivard et Associés since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Patrick Rivard was a founding partner and held significant positions at ALIA Conseil inc. from July 1994 to January 2022, and at FRP Groupe-Conseil, which was the predecessor name of Alia Consulting, until September 2007. Patrick Rivard also served as Head of practice for e-learning at NVS Studio from January 2014 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from McGill University (1994 - 1999) and a BAA in Applied Behavioral Science from UQAM (1991 - 1994).
