Dan O'Sullivan is a retired professional with extensive experience in contract management and negotiation. They served as the Director of Contracts at DHS, overseeing contracting for goods and services for the Federal Protective Service since 2007. Prior to this role, Dan was a Contract Negotiator with the Department of Navy from 1985 to 2007. They hold a Master of Contracts Management from the Navy Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University.
