Andrew Chabalowski is an accomplished attorney currently serving as the Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as a business owner at Market Street Brewery. They previously held the position of attorney at the Law Offices of Wilbur W. Bolton, P.A. from 2015 to 2025, and worked as a law clerk at the Army Research Laboratory Office of the Chief Counsel from 2013 to 2015. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014 and is pursuing further education at Northumbria University while also studying for a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Communication and Media Relations at Frostburg State University.
