Olga Prushinskaya is an experienced Metrics and Impact Analyst at The Democracy at Work Institute since October 2019, leading efforts in data collection and analysis related to worker ownership. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, Program Evaluation and Grants Manager at Ozone House, and Research Specialist at Boston Children's Hospital. With extensive experience in program evaluation, data management, and stakeholder engagement across various organizations, Olga has successfully secured significant funding and advocated for vulnerable populations. Olga holds a Master's Degree in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from Michigan State University.
