Kyle Federico is currently a Healthcare IT Recruiter at CSI Companies, a position they have held since 2018, following their role as a National Recruiter from 2016 to 2018. Before entering the recruiting field, Kyle was a student-athlete at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where they played football from 2012 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services. During their time as a player, Kyle developed strong organizational skills and was recognized as the Special Teams Player of the Year in 2014.
