Alex Ciepley is a transformative digital product leader with over 15 years of experience in building and guiding skilled product teams. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategic Innovation at The College Board, Alex is a member of the inaugural cohort in a new innovation division focused on expanding access and opportunity in education. Previously, Alex held roles with the United States Digital Service and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where they led various initiatives to improve government and health services. In addition to their corporate experience, Alex has been an established recipe tester, contributing to award-winning cookbooks in Southeast Asian cuisines. Alex's educational background includes studies in Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Princeton University.
