Previously, Evelin held various management roles, including Quality Assurance Manager at Mondelēz International and Quality Manager at Unilever, where they implemented quality management systems and led food safety initiatives. Evelin is also a former professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, contributing their expertise in food engineering and microbiology.
