Melissa Dulberg is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Associate Vice President of Global Credit Finance at The Carlyle Group since October 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held several positions at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. from February 2020 to October 2025, progressing from FP&A Analyst to Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role at PGIM and a Summer Analyst position at PNC. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University in 2018 and is currently participating in a study abroad program at the University of Westminster in London, England.
