Naleen Amunugama is a finance professional with extensive experience across various roles in the finance sector. Currently working in the Property Finance Function at Custom Realty Ltd. since April 2023, Naleen has also served as a Warehouse Associate at The Brick since October 2021. Prior experience includes leading finance operations as the Head of Finance at Commercial Leasing & Finance PLC until September 2021 and serving as Assistant Finance Manager at LOLC Holdings PLC, focusing on tax management and compliance. Naleen held the position of Head of Finance at LOLC Myanmar Micro-Finance Company Ltd. and worked as a Branch/Regional Accountant at LOLC Holdings PLC. Initial career steps included an Audit/Accounts Trainee position at KPMG Sri Lanka. Naleen holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from University Canada West and a B.Sc in Business Management from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
