Jack Zwirn is a journalism student at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland. They currently serve as a staff writer for the Maryland Baseball Network and Mitzpeh, while also providing live commentary as a sports commentator for WMUC Sports Radio and the Big Ten Network. Previously, Jack worked as a media specialist at Westford Cable Access Television, where they created a video news story and podcast episodes. They have extensive experience in youth leadership roles, having served as a camp counselor across various summer camps and as a karate instructor and after school advisor. Jack is also the vice president of the Associated Press Sports Editors at the University of Maryland, focusing on teaching sports journalism practices.
