Neil Gagnon is currently the VP Commercial Lending at The Bank of Elk River, where Neil has been since December 2000. Prior to this, Neil worked as a Consumer Loan Officer at TCF Bank. Neil holds a BS in Finance from St. Cloud State University and is currently pursuing an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
