Shane Wingo is currently the Partner and VP of Sales, Employee Benefits at The Baldwin Group, where they focus on maximizing employee benefits for organizations while managing budget constraints. Previously, Shane held various roles in sales and consulting, including as a Risk Management Consultant at Lanier Upshaw and a Technology Consultant at Milner, Inc. They began their career in sales at MServ and further developed their expertise in employee benefits while serving as an Employee Benefits Advisor at The Baldwin Group from 2020 to 2023. Shane earned a degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of South Florida between 1992 and 1996.
