Pavan Varma is an experienced AI professional with a robust background in engineering and consulting. Currently serving as the Lead AI Engineer at TAG - The Aspen Group since January 2026, Pavan has previously held the position of AI Lead at The Baldwin Group from June 2023 to December 2025, where responsibilities included leading Generative AI automations. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at KPMG and a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, as well as serving as a student expert at Autodesk and a Secretary for the Institution of Engineers.
