The Arc is the largest organization in the country advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), including Down syndrome, autism, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, cerebral palsy and other diagnoses. The Arc of Northwest Wayne County is one of 700 chapters across the country allowing us to share resources that strengthen our work. For nearly sixty years, we have promoted and protected the rights of people with I/DD, supported their inclusion in our local communities, and helped them live their lives the way they want to.
