Vicki O'Donnell has extensive experience in team leadership and support management, currently serving as Support Manager and previously as Support Team Leader at The Access Group since September 2019. Prior to this role, Vicki worked at TNT from August 2014 to September 2019 as a Team Leader, further developing skills in team coordination and customer support.
