Don Watt is the Chief Programs Officer at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, where they lead initiatives to implement state and federal grant programs aimed at developing affordable housing and supporting low-income families. Previously, Don served in various roles including Neighborhood Planner for the City of Savannah and Research & Planning Coordinator for the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority. Don's extensive experience also includes positions with the Executive Office of the President and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, where they supervised grant and loan programs for individuals with special needs and the homeless. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Economics from Frostburg State University and a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
