Don Watt is the Chief Programs Officer at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, where they lead initiatives to implement state and federal grant programs aimed at developing affordable housing and supporting low-income families. Previously, Don served in various roles including Neighborhood Planner for the City of Savannah and Research & Planning Coordinator for the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority.
