Sam(Lal) Samarasinghe has over three decades of experience in the water industry, primarily serving Thames Water since July 1990 in various roles, including Supply Chain - Procurement Advisor/Consultant for the Thames Tideway Lee Tunnel and multiple positions as Contracts Manager within both Thames Water and the UK Water Industry. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, earned between 1972 and 1976, and has extensive expertise in capital procurement and developer services.
