Pierre Schaeffer is a seasoned marketing executive with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Thales since September 2014, Schaeffer has also been an Advisor at Aeroscena since January 2012. Prior to these positions, Schaeffer founded Marketect, LLC in January 2011 and held the role of CMO in residence at Ketchum from January 2012 to December 2013. Notable previous experiences include Group Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Michelin, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of the Worldwide Consumer Digital Group at Eastman Kodak, and various leadership roles at Apple, including European Region Business Director. Schaeffer's educational background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from ESPCI Paris - PSL, a DEA in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Universite Paris VI, and further studies at INSEAD.
