Morgane Moal has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner for the Air & Naval Products Sector at Thales since June 2021, overseeing approximately 530 employees across two sites. Previously, Morgane held various HR roles at Thales, including managing talent acquisition and campus management initiatives. Prior experience includes a VIE HR Officer position at Maltem Consulting Group, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and career management, and an assistant HR role at GE Healthcare, focusing on recruitment and employee development. Morgane holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, along with degrees in Administration Economique et Sociale from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Gestion Administrative et Commerciale from IUT Montreuil.
