Vivian Udengen has an extensive background in tax management and advisory services, with a notable career spanning over three decades. Vivian held positions such as HR Tax Manager, International Tax Manager, and Head of Tax for both the Asia Pacific and Europe regions while working at PGS, focusing on corporate and expatriate taxation. Prior experience at Skatteetaten as a Tax Adviser included involvement in various personal and corporate tax matters, supplemented by internal education in tax law. Vivian also served as a Tax Manager at PwC, managing Norwegian and international tax issues for expatriates. The educational qualifications include a specialization in taxation from the University of Oslo and foundational studies in civil law and business administration. Currently, Vivian is positioned as VP Global Tax and Head of Tax for Europe and Asia Pacific at TGS.
