Neeti Sharma has extensive experience in both nonprofit and design sectors, serving as Director at Sakshum from May 2009 to March 2020, focusing on education and healthcare equality. Currently, Neeti works as a Mentor at Chegg Inc. and as a UX Analyst at Texas Mutual Insurance Company. Previous roles include User Experience Designer at Moblize.IT, where a community app "Konnection" was conceptualized, and at The Inturnship, where internal projects were developed to enhance the company’s growth. With a background as an Early Intervention Specialist at Life Steps Foundation, Neeti provided holistic therapeutic programs for children under three with developmental delays. Neeti also has freelanced on mental health projects, conducting comprehensive research and analysis. Educational achievements include degrees in Physiotherapy, certifications in UX design and applied behavior analysis, and training in human-centered design for social impact.
