Al Griffin is a Senior Fellow at Texas Instruments with over 30 years of experience in metallurgy, materials science, materials reliability, and materials integration, particularly in semiconductor and printed circuit board manufacturing. They previously held roles as a Reliability Engineer at IBM Corporation and as a TI Fellow from 1996 to 2020 at Texas Instruments. Al's academic achievements include a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Materials Science from Rice University, as well as a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. They also have post-doctoral research experience from Rice University and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
