Stephan Epley has extensive experience in emergency management and safety within the healthcare industry. From June 2015 to November 2020, Stephan served as the Accreditation & Safety Officer at Texas Health Resources Cleburne, overseeing the Accreditation of Environment of Care, Life Safety, and Emergency Management, as well as coordinating hospital disaster exercises. Prior to this, from July 2015 to April 2019, Stephan held the position of Director of Support Services & Safety at Texas Health Cleburne, managing various departments including Engineering and Safety. Additionally, spanning from October 2005 to April 2012, Stephan worked at Texas Health Resources in multiple roles focused on life safety and emergency management. Since July 2022, Stephan has been a Course Instructor for the TEEX Infrastructure Series, specializing in Healthcare Emergency Management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Emergency Management & Disaster Preparedness from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
