Tracy Schandler Walder

Tracy Schandler Walder is an accomplished educator and author with extensive experience in teaching and intelligence. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Criminal Justice at Texas Christian University since August 2020, Tracy has also authored the book "The Unexpected Spy." Previously, Tracy taught Global Terrorism at Ursuline Academy of Dallas and held a position as an Upper School History Teacher at The Hockaday School, where notable achievements include receiving the Killian Award for excellence in teaching in 2017. Tracy's background includes impactful roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent and at the Central Intelligence Agency in the Counterterrorism Center. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Education from Chapman University.
