Dr. Alexis Williams DNP, RN, CPHQ is a healthcare quality leader and professor of nursing with extensive experience in clinical quality improvement. They served as a Clinical Quality Improvement Consultant at Children's Health from 2018 to 2022, where they managed interdisciplinary teams and optimized clinical care. Previously, they worked as a Safety and Quality Nurse, focusing on improving safety measures for neonates, and as a Registered Nurse in a level IV neonatal intensive care unit. Currently, Dr. Williams is an Adjunct Nursing Professor at Houston Christian University and an Advanced Quality Specialist at Texas Children's Hospital. They hold a degree from the University of South Alabama.
