Marguerite Burtzlaff is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director in TMT Corporate and Investment Banking at Texas Capital Bank since 2021. Prior to this role, Burtzlaff held the position of Managing Director in TMT Corporate and Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading business development efforts with large corporate clients in the Diversified and Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Before that, Burtzlaff managed relationship management for key corporate clients across various industries as Managing Director of Corporate Banking at PNC from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Burtzlaff spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan as Managing Director in Global Corporate Banking. Burtzlaff earned an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
