Susan Elliott is the Curriculum and Instructional Design Director at the Texas Association of School Boards, where they lead eLearning content development and oversee curriculum pathways for over 7,000 school board members. With more than 15 years of experience in project and people management, Susan has a passion for creating transformative learning experiences. They previously held roles such as Program Manager at ACT, where they managed product development timelines and conducted district benchmarking audits, and Research Associate V at the National Center for Educational Achievement, directing significant research grants. Susan earned a Master’s degree in Geography and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Texas A&M University.
