Jenny Shepherd is currently the RMS Technology Programs Manager at the Texas Association of School Boards, a position held since 2016. Previously, they served as a Manager at Gibson Consulting Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2013, and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 1994 to 1996. Jenny earned a Masters of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin's LBJ School of Public Affairs between 1992 and 1994, and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Public Policy from Brown University, completed in 1991.
