Rick Alfonso is a seasoned professional with significant experience in land development and engineering. Since January 1987, Rick has served as Vice President at Tetra Tech, where expertise in managing large, complex multidisciplinary projects includes active participation in the permitting process and presentations to governmental agencies and boards. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Project Engineer at BSC Engineering from May 1983 to January 1987. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earned between 1977 and 1981.
