Brian Rubel is a consulting civil engineer and project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Vice President at Tetra Tech since 1990. With extensive experience in water resource projects, they have managed client accounts and led interdisciplinary projects, alongside business management responsibilities for a midwestern municipal practice. Brian also taught as an Adjunct Instructor for a graduate-level course in Hydraulic Design at the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2010, where they had previously earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
