Ian Walker is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with expertise in both project and estate management. They began their career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at PSA Projects from 1988 to 1990 and progressed through various roles including Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor, ultimately becoming a Principal Quantity Surveyor at Tetra Tech Europe in 2018. Their extensive experience includes significant positions at Tarmac Services, Lendlease, Graham Construction, Turner & Townsend, and Carillion, where they managed projects valued up to £80 million. Ian holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow College of Building and Printing, earned in 1988.
