Fabio Raffone is the Senior VP of Services Global at Tetra Pak, leading a global team of over 500 professionals dedicated to delivering top-notch customer support. Previously, Fabio held various positions within Tetra Pak, including Director of the Global Centre of Expertise and Senior Director of Technical Support Excellence, where they focused on quality and technical expertise across multiple regions. Before joining Tetra Pak, Fabio served as the Industrial Performance Manager at Nestlé, where they managed performance improvement projects and led continuous improvement teams. Fabio earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II.”
