Matthew Mon is an experienced Collision Estimator with a strong background in the automotive repair industry. From January to November 2024, Matthew worked at Tesla, conducting damage assessments and preparing repair cost estimates for Tesla vehicles. Prior to Tesla, Matthew served as a Collision Estimator at Joe Hudson's Collision Center and Caliber Collision, where responsibilities included inspecting damaged vehicles, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed repairs. Earlier experience as a Parts Representative at Reed Nissan Clermont involved troubleshooting customer issues and managing inventory. Matthew holds a degree in Project Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, obtained in 2024.
