Josh Tibbits is an accomplished engineering manager and manufacturing leader with expertise in product development, manufacturing operations, and application engineering. They have extensive experience in new product introductions, having spent eight years at 3M focusing on the LCD display industry, where they developed skills in test method development, quality documentation, and product design optimization. Currently, Josh serves as a Senior Manager in Cell Manufacturing Engineering at Tesla, following a role as Senior Staff Engineer at the same company. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
