Jochen Wilden is a Senior Staff Mechanical Design Engineer at Tesla, where they focus on Autopilot and Electronics Product Design. They previously contributed to Tesla as an Engineering Manager and held various engineering roles since joining in 2012. Jochen’s earlier experience includes designing a Li-Ion Battery cooling plate at MAHLE Behr as part of their master thesis and working as a student assistant at multiple institutes. They earned a Diplom in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the International Technological University.
