Theresa van Zyl is an experienced Audit Manager and currently serves as the Head of Finance - ICFR at Tesco. With a strong background in the retail industry, they possess expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal and external auditing, and assurance. Theresa has held several key positions within Tesco, including Head of UK SOX Finance and Head of Finance Process and Data Governance, and has a track record of leading audit assignments at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. They hold an Hons.B.Acc in Accounting and Related Services from Stellenbosch University.
