Krzysztof Burgieł is a seasoned Operations Manager with over 15 years of experience in operational and strategic management within the hypermarket industry, overseeing a chain of 158 stores and managing teams ranging from 300 to 4,000 employees. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Araz Supermarket MMC since 2021, Krzysztof has previously held leadership positions at Geant Polska and Tesco, where notable accomplishments include building the Tesco “Bistro” restaurant network and implementing innovative store formats. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Company Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, earned in 1997.
