Guus Dekkers currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Tesco, overseeing all enterprise and consumer-facing technologies, and is responsible for technological strategies, software development, enterprise architecture, and IT operations. Additionally, Guus holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at Swisscom. Prior experience includes a sabbatical year, as well as leadership roles as CIO and Senior Vice President at Airbus, CIO and VP at Continental, and CIO at Siemens VDO Automotive AG, with earlier roles at Johnson Controls and various functions within the Volkswagen Group. Guus earned an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Radboud University.
