Jeff Davis, F.SAME, is the Vice President and National Director of Federal Services at Terracon, where they are responsible for delivering and expanding environmental, geotechnical, materials, and facilities services with federal agencies across the country. Previously, Jeff held several vice presidential roles at Kleinfelder, managing significant marketing and sales programs in various sectors. They also served as a Senior Program Manager at Oneida ESC Group, overseeing business development activities. In addition to their professional experience, Jeff is actively involved in the Society of American Military Engineers, holding multiple leadership positions. Jeff is currently pursuing an M.S. in Atmospheric Science at the University of California, Davis.
