Matt Shanks is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in managing and optimizing restaurant and culinary operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Terraboost Media, Matt has successfully reorganized departments to enhance efficiencies and reduce key performance indicators to historic lows. Previously, as Head of Field Operations at All Day Kitchens, Matt implemented strategic plans that improved performance across multiple regions and led the Field Operations Management team. Matt’s experience also includes roles as Director of Culinary Operations at Andro's Rostilj, Multi-Unit Cafe Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, and General Manager at multiple venues, where innovative management and operational strategies consistently achieved remarkable outcomes. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Aurora University.
