Janet Ricci Keiser, P.E., PTOE, currently holds the position of Principal, Vice President, and National Director for Transportation and Infrastructure at Terracon since October 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Gannett Fleming from March 2017 to October 2023 as Northeast Traffic Engineering Leader and Manager of Traffic Engineering, and a managerial role at WSP from May 2014 to February 2017 overseeing Traffic and ITS Engineering in New Jersey. Janet's career also features significant positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) as Supervising Traffic Engineer, and earlier roles at Michael Baker International, and the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. Janet holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Transportation from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
