Danilo Del Gaizo is the Director of General, Legal, and Corporate Affairs at Terna Group since October 2023 and has served as President of Terna Rete Italia S.p.A. since December 2023. Additionally, they became a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Terna in July 2024 and hold the title of honorary State Attorney since November 2023. Previously, they were a State Prosecutor starting in 1984 and a State Attorney in 1987, with extensive expertise in European, constitutional, public, competition law, and local public services. Del Gaizo has acted as legal consultant to various governmental and constitutional bodies and has held multiple significant roles, including Chief of Staff for the President of the Campania Region from 2010 to 2015. They are currently a lecturer in administrative law at the Università Telematica Pegaso and contribute to various legal publications and consultative committees.
