Shane Dillon is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology-driven solutions and the insurance sector. As Co-Founder of Sherpa since November 2021, Shane has contributed to creating a global network that integrates insurance brokers and AI to enhance revenue and compliance. Shane also founded Cturtle in May 2019 to address critical talent shortages through AI and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Shane has played pivotal roles in establishing Tenzing Pacific Insurance Services, the International Alumni Job Network, and Beaten Path Software. Shane's expertise further includes serving as a Data Specialist at Times Higher Education and a founding partner of Pacific Cross International. Shane holds advanced degrees in Economics and Business Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics and Finance at Curtin University.
