Tiana Gao is currently a Senior Overseas Game Operation and Co-Development Project Manager at Tencent, where they work with the VALORANT CN Publishing Team and TiMi Studio Group on various data management and user research initiatives. Previously, Tiana served as a Data Analyst at Paramount Pictures, focusing on predictive analysis and statistical modeling, and as a Business Development Analyst at CJ Foodville USA, Inc., where they conducted location analysis for franchising. Tiana co-founded Triple T Entertainment LLC, successfully managing business operations and securing significant investments. They obtained a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Business from Michigan State University.
