María Florencia Maffezini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. María Florencia is currently serving as the Product Director at Mercado Libre since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tenaris for over a decade, starting as the Reporting Coordinator in January 2008 and taking on various roles such as Process Improvement Specialist, Project Deployment Coordinator, and Administration & Finance Business Applications Manager. In this organization, they were responsible for delivering technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence in various departments. Before joining Tenaris, María worked at Accenture as a Senior Consultant from April 2003 to December 2007. María Florencia also worked as a Consultant at The World Bank where they were involved in the promotion of technology-based endeavors in Argentina through the SINTESIS program. Additionally, they worked as a Venture Assistant - Search & Selection at Endeavor from March 2001 to March 2003. Overall, María has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, project management, process improvement, and business applications.
