Joe Vassalluzzo is a seasoned expert in retail and real estate, having served as the Chairman of the Board for Federal Realty Investment Trust until 2021 and currently acting as a Board Director for Office Depot. They were also the Vice Chairman at Staples from 1989 to 2005 and held the position of Lead Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Lifetime Fitness Inc. from 2006 to 2015. Additionally, Joe is an active member of the President's Advisory Board at Temple University, providing counsel and consultation in various areas. Joe earned a BS in Marketing from Penn State University and an MBA in Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
