Marissa Nobauer is a senior First Nations engagement and regulatory professional with extensive experience in British Columbia, the Yukon, and Ontario, where they developed and managed strategic engagement and consultation activities in the resource sector. As a nominee for the 2024 YWCA Women of Distinction, Marissa is known for their commitment to reconciliation and relationship-building. They have held significant leadership roles at organizations such as TELUS and Steelhead LNG, where they successfully implemented reconciliation strategies and engaged with Indigenous communities.
